About Cassia Ministries
The more I write in prayer and worship, the more I come to experience
the love of Jesus, and the more I long to share His love through writing.
I’ve seen Jesus touch hearts and bring love and healing through something
as simple as a sentence written in prayer. I’ve seen new writers come alive
in His Holy Spirit as they find fellowship with other writers, with readers,
with God. I’ve seen the Body of Christ at work in Christian publishing.
I’ve seen the way special writing projects and gatherings connect hearts
and stir spiritual gifts. And I’ve seen so many precious individuals read
words written with the love of Jesus, and discover they are not
alone, and they are loved.
That’s why Cassia Ministries exists. It was named for the cassia oil described
in Exodus 30:22-25 and it represents the sweetness of total surrender to God’s
loving care.
My mission is
- To draw individuals closer to Jesus Christ through my writing.
- To help Christian writers discover the many ways God will use their gifts in ministry.
- To let God use my writing to support other ministries.
There are others who share this mission, and I am blessed to share some of their writing with you in the Cassia Store. I thank the Lord for each one of these Christian writers and for bringing them into my life.
